New Suspension v2 for ETS2 1.9.x [Config]

Features:

1. Truck speed is very slow in the beginning and feels very heavy
2. 
The brake force increase
3. 
Easily controlled when cornering at high speed
4. 
You can simply select the sii in the gameplay menu
5. Truck is not easily tip over or capsized during a high speed except hit
6. 
For best results use the limiting speed, Maximum speed is 125km/h already available in the game_data
